"Pleased with my returns and relationship"
I currently have five investments with BV Capital. To date two of which have transitioned from land to multifamily development projects. "Exactly as advertised!"
I joined this deal after all of the properties were acquired. So far everything is exactly as advertised. The monthly distributions are at the percentage advertised and have come in every month. The communication has been good throughout the process as well. I would definitely invest with them again.
